What are Nangs ?

Nitrous Oxide cannisters are inhaled recreationally in the form of a small steel bulb with a balloon, for a brief high and a sense of euphoria.Nangs are the 13th most abused recreational drug worldwide and are available in nearly every tobacconist and can be delivered to your door in under an hour.Frequent use can destroy nerves, freeze your throat, trigger psychosis, leave you paralyzed - or worse.

Nitrous Law Reform Ideas

End rapid home delivery
Stop same-day and late-night delivery of nitrous oxide to residential addresses. Reducing instant access helps prevent impulsive and high-risk use.
Set sensible purchase limits
Introduce caps on how many canisters can be bought in a single transaction. Larger quantities should be restricted to legitimate hospitality and medical businesses.
Require age checks everywhere
Make age verification mandatory for all sales, including online. Retailers who sell to minors should face clear and enforceable penalties.
License sellers, not users
Introduce a licensing system for nitrous oxide sellers so repeat offenders and irresponsible operators can be removed from the market, without criminalising individuals.
Ban advertising that promotes misuse and regulate large-format canisters
Prohibit advertising and promotions that suggest intoxication, party use, or rapid delivery. Place restrictions on large-volume canisters linked to harm, banning youth-appealing branding, flavour references, and imagery that promotes recreational use. All packaging should include clear health warnings.
